The personal information we collect may include:

Information automatically collected

Log and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, date/time stamps, and actions taken within our Services.

Behavioral Interaction Data: Within our intake and diagnostic forms, we collect interaction patterns including time spent on each question, navigation behavior, and field modification history. This data is collected exclusively for fraud prevention and system integrity purposes — to detect and prevent abuse of our free diagnostic audit service. This data is not used for advertising, profiling for external purposes, or shared with third parties for marketing.

Device Data: Device type, operating system, browser type, and related technical information.

Fraud Prevention Notice: We compare IP addresses and submission patterns across our intake forms to identify potentially fraudulent or abusive use of our services. Multiple submissions from the same device or IP address within a 24-hour period, or submissions showing signs of automated or manipulative behavior, may be flagged for manual review or result in the submission not being processed. This is disclosed in compliance with applicable US privacy laws governing fraud prevention activities.

We process your personal information for the following purposes:

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We may also share your personal information in connection with a business transfer, merger, or acquisition.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics purposes.

Google Analytics: We may share your information with Google Analytics to track and analyze use of our Services. To opt out, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

To the extent these online tracking technologies are deemed to be a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable US state laws, you can opt out by submitting a request as described in Section 10.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Notice:

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize such information.

11. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND AI PROCESSING

Automated Service Routing

Our intake forms use an automated scoring system to route your inquiry to different service pathways based on business information you provide (such as pricing range and advertising budget). This determines whether you receive direct consultation access, a video diagnostic audit, or educational resources.

This routing does not constitute a legally significant decision and does not affect your legal rights, employment, credit, housing, or healthcare.

If you believe your inquiry was incorrectly routed, you have the right to request manual review by contacting info@reelsults.com. We will review your submission within 5 business days.

AI-Powered Diagnostic Analysis

When you submit evidence for a marketing diagnostic audit, your information is processed by artificial intelligence systems to generate a personalized marketing analysis. This AI processing:

Benchmark figures included in diagnostic reports are estimates based on available industry data and should be understood as directional guidance, not guaranteed outcomes.

Your Rights Regarding Automated Processing

You have the right to: know that AI is being used to process your submitted information; request human review of any AI-generated assessment; understand the general logic used in automated routing; request correction of inaccurate data; and request deletion of your submitted data and any resulting analysis at any time. Contact info@reelsults.com to exercise any of these rights.

13. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

AI-generated diagnostic reports represent analysis based on submitted information and industry benchmarks. They do not constitute guaranteed outcomes, financial projections, or professional legal, financial, or business advice. Reelsults does not guarantee specific results, sales outcomes, or revenue increases.
